Villa Vaya Vista
Come and visit our fantastic six room villa nestling high up on the valley side at
Monte Puchol in the beautiful town of Javea on Spain's Costa Blanca. The villa is blessed
with simply amazing views across the valley and down to the nearby port and beach, which can be
walked to in just fifteen minutes. If the beach isn't near enough then spend your time relaxing by the
stunning infinity swimming pool on one of the villa's three sun terraces. When you've had enough sun
head indoors and take a cooling shower or bath in one of the five luxury bathrooms.
This luxury villa comes with a fully fitted modern kitchen and includes all the necessary equipment for
you to cook up a storm with the fantastic ingredients bought from the nearby market, or should you prefer there are
hundreds of places to eat and drink in and around Javea, whether it's a more traditional Spanish restaurant
located in the old town or in the trendier establishments found down by the beach,
there is sure to be something to suit you. The handy Bar-B-Que makes it easy to throw a party and there's enough
crockery to feed you and all of your guests.
Around Javea there are plenty of activities to get involved in apart from sunbathing. You could take a fishing trip aboard one of the
many charter boats that leave daily from the port. Golf is well catered form with
several golf courses within easy driving distance. If you're
feeling more active perhaps you could take a diving trip in the nearby marine reserve or climb Montgo the
vast mountain that dominates the Javea coastline. If you fancy a bit of Spanish
culture then head up into the hills and visit the charming village of Guadalest
or if you're missing home then simply sit in the villa and enjoy some good old
English telly on the large flatscreen TV.
If you've brought the kids along they'll be kept quiet by the Sony Playstation and selection of games provided.
Access to the villa is from the private parking bay via the newly installed lift,
making it suitable for the elderly or disabled (as well as those carrying shopping or suitcases).
Home Description
The villa has been recently refurbished to a high standard combining traditional Spanish
features with luxurious modern bathrooms and kitchen. It offers 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms,
2 reception rooms, a kitchen, a private pool and several large terraces.
The magnificent panoramic views encompass the Port and lighthouse to the east, with Ibiza
and Formentera visible on a clear day. To the south and west are views of the coast and
valley, with the Ifach of Calpe in the distance and in the foreground the medieval town
of Javea. Don't forget your binoculars to take advantage of the stunning views.
On the upper floor there is a spacious lounge, dining area and modern kitchen. There are
3 bedrooms, one with extra large twin beds, air conditioning and a spacious en suite with
walk in shower. The second has a double bed and the third twin beds. Also on this floor
there is a family bathroom and a separate shower room.
A staircase from the dining area gives internal access to the lower floor lounge. This has
a small kitchen and patio doors opening onto a large terrace with swimming pool.
Leading from the lounge there is a large bedroom with air conditioning, a king size bed,
en suite bathroom with walk in shower. There is a further bedroom with twin beds and a split
level bedroom with two beds. In addition there is a large bathroom with walk in shower.
The two storey villa is ideal for two families or larger groups. A new Otis Lift has been
installed to take guests from the parking area to the villa.
